I could not reccomend this hotel highly enough. The rooms are very comfortable and well cleaned. The bar provided excellent entertainment and served lovely food. The thing i was most impressed with was the customer service provided by every staff member I encountered during my stay, they were all so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another stay as soon as we got home!

Lovely staff, really makes a huge difference to the atmosphere of a place. Food great in the bar, very tasty! Very good selection of food for breakfast in the restaurant but not a great choice for dinner. Entertainment in the bar at night was was very good, we could hear it in the room when we went up but we are not light sleepers so didn’t bother us! The room itself was a good size, bed was very comfortable and the plug sockets beside the bed were great for charging the phone within reach! Only downsides to the comfort in the room , was the heating seemed to be on a timer and when it was off the room was a little cold, And the shower was a bad design – in order to adjust the temperature after turning it on we had to lean in through the freezing water as the shower head and the controls were on the back wall and not on the side as would have made sense! With the result that the floor was soaked and if like me you turn the water on before getting undressed it’s a bit messy!! not a downside for us, but the bathroom lovely as it was, didn’t seem to be quite finished as there was no grout between some of the tiles and some areas of the bedroom had not been painted after plastering- sounds worse than it actually was and didn’t cause us any real issues. Overall the weekend was a success for us and we would definitely come back and stay again.

A lovely hotel in the heart of the town. All the staff I dealt with were very courteous and helpful. Would definitely be back, Anthony.

Had a great weekend, great location for train, staff and food was lovely, will definitely be back again, and would recommend it to anyone 😁

Myself and 5 of my friends went for a night away to Treacy’s absolute fantastic night away very trendy hotel brilliant Cocktail bar great music what more could we ask for……next time more then one night’s stay. Thank you

Stayed for 2 nights, staff are great, breakfast good. Single person, so it was a little more than I would normally spend, but good price for couples and families. Location is about 200 yards from the main bus stop by the river. Relaxed bar area also.

Very friendly and efficient reception and bar service. had a lovely steak, cooked exactly as I requested in the bar. Some marvelous music which was well appreciated by everyone rounded off a great evening relaxing. Good breakfast next morning, I will be back.
