GROUP ACTIVITES

GO KARTING 

Competition is the name of the game and this is where you can really battle your mates, on the racetrack. Settle some old scores karting during this fast and fun activity. It’s great for all ages and no experience is necessary. This activity is always good craic and popular option for stag nights. It will also lead to some great banter in the pub. Who was the fastest, the slowest or who should have their licence taken off them! Because that’s what group party activities are all about. Kiltorcan Raceway is one of Ireland’s best go-kart circuit’s and is known to be challenging, exhilarating and fun, while still being an extremely safe track.

PAINTBALLING

Play paintball in the forests of Roundwood, County Wicklow. Epic game zones await! Special Ops is one of the largest and most extensive paintball venues in Ireland. Sporting an enormous forest, spread over 6 game zones, no game is ever the same. The experienced marshalling staff often mix and match game zones, playing the towering fort with perhaps a mix of Black Hawk Down. Bury yourself deep in the trenches or engage in building to building combat in the village. Special Ops is nestled in the foothills of Wicklow. The activity lasts approximately 6 Hours from your chosen start time to finishing. Includes 400 paint balls & everything  you need!

SHAKE IT UP – COCKTAIL MAKING MASTER CLASS

Cocktail mixing is one of our most popular activities and the perfect way to have some fun, learn a few new tricks and kick start a great night out with a wee drink or two. In this hour and a half session you and the girls will be greeted by a professional mixologist who will give you all an introduction into the wonderful world of cocktails!
You’ll be taught the skills required to make the perfect aperitif, which is a lot more complicated than you might think! With a choice of cocktails to choose from, there is something to suit everyone’s taste buds. You will be making (and importantly, drinking) a cocktail of your choice. Our mixologist will also share expert knowledge on which alcohol mixes well with others, so you’ll get an idea of how to start blending and creating your very own cocktails! This can be done as a standalone activity or as part of one of our all-inclusive packages.

A little about each activity…..

Learn how to make traditional scones and sample what you have baked.  Get a chance to ‘milk’ our life-size model dairy cow Jessie. Have an informed guided tour around the farm with our knowledgeable farmer. Fun-filled Wellie-throwing competition, with spot prizes! Using very different materials, you will create your dream wedding dress!! Very competitive and most importantly brilliant fun! The afternoon includes a two-course buffet style lunch. But remember, in true farmer style wear your oldest clothes and bring along your wellies and do wrap up warm as some of the activities are outdoors.

WHITE WATER RAFTING ADVENTURES

This is located 30 minutes from hotel, and lasts for 4 hours, you will receive all your water gear and equipment. You don’t need to be able to swim to do this adventure.  After this introductory session the real adventure begins. We now head of on our River trip. Along the way we will encounter beautiful calm stretches of scenic river valley, as well weirs, waterfalls and rapids. Plenty of challenges for the adventurous river explorer. You will be shooting weirs and rapids and having splash battles. We will have plenty of fun and games along the way and lots of white water excitement.

QUAD ATTACK!

Quad Biking is an exciting and adventurous sport with an element of risk involved. Quad Attack continues to provide the best all weather cross-country driving thrill for all ages. The challenging course is spread out over 80 acres under the scenic backdrop of the Blackstairs Mountains. There are level fields, dug out ditches, dips and turns and waterlogged gripes to drive through. You can pause to take in the stunning scenery and then continue the adventure. It can be a gentle trek or a challenging adventure, but regardless of where you start or finish, rain or shine, you’ll have a great time at Quadventure.

GIN TEA PARTY

Possibly the best activity ever invented! Let us introduce you to the Treacys Hotel Gin Tea Party! Gin is becoming increasingly popular as a tipple for women, so this is just the perfect activity for you and your girls! Whether you like your gin served with lime, orange, peppercorn or elderflower you are guaranteed to feel fabulously posh & ladylike at a Gin Tea Party! Our gin experts will teach you all about the various gin flavours and different type of botanicals used to flavour the gin. You’ll learn how to infuse your own gin with a selection of ingredients. You will receive 3 Gin and Tonics (There are over 13 different premium gins on the menu, different tonic options & garnishing options). We suggest a fabulous floral crown theme to compliment your Gin Tea Party!

SOCCER (INDOOR & OUTDOOR)

This is a great activity for lads (or ladies) that want to break a sweat and have a little competition. What better way to settle some old scores than on the pitch? Just make sure no ones comes home in a cast. Soccer is a great ice breaker for groups that don’t know each other well. It will also provide plenty of drama and rivalry to keep conversation flowing for the rest of the night. There will be talk about who got nutmegged. Who scored the best goal or who scored the most goals on the day.  And of course, who struggled from all the running around after a big night on the drink. You can hire both indoor and outdoor soccer pitches, these are located in Enniscorthy town, there are 3 pitches so depending on how many are you in group we have the capacity to fit everyone.

 

THE MIXER!

Ever fancy becoming a David Guetta, Calvin Harris or Tiesto? Our new exclusive DJ Masterclass will teach you the fundamentals of becoming either of the above. This package includes the fundamentals of mixing and reading a crowd. During the lesson our instructor will also teach you other basic techniques including microphone techniques and lots of other information you need to know when you are playing in front of small or large crowds and if you’re good enough we will invite you to come along and pick two songs and perform them with our resident DJ on the night. This package also includes a fun filled Cocktail Making Masterclass.

ARCHERY – 3D COURSE

Enjoy 3D Target Archery set in over 8 acres of woodland.  Suitable for all abilities you will have the chance to shoot 18 3D targets.  Compete against one another or go at your own pace it’s up to you! You will be given training on the day at a practice range before completing the course

CLAY PIGEON SHOOTING

This is a great option for groups that aren’t so sporty and looking for something a little easier on the legs, while maintaining a competitive touch. Good for groups of mixed ages, anyone that tries clay pigeon shooting loves it. It’s outdoors but doesn’t over tax the group. Clay pigeon shooting is something everyone wants to try, but never have. Well now is your chance. Pull! A purpose built shooting layout has been erected for the guests, there you can avail of the different disciplines on offer plus the expert tuition from our trappers. 20 and 12 gauge shotguns are provided to suit all abilities.

SURFING

Surf the Waves in Wexford, how steady are your feet and balance? Well here is the test, no need to fly to Hawaii we have it all here in the sunny south east of Wexford!

GRAVITY EXTREME ADVENTURE AT FOREST PARK 

Gravity is a new and exciting high ropes adventure course open all year round 7 days a week.  On the course they guarantee to exhilarate and test your limits of self-confidence and skill.  Whether you are on the dual zip wire,  aerial trekking courses, climbing rock wall and abseiling wall or trying everything.  You will be tested to your limits while having the best day out ever. Newly introduced @ Gravity Extreme Laser Tag & Target Archery

Laser Tag – Each team try to disable the opposing team by aiming & shooting a safe and invisible infra-red beam at the receiver attached to each person.  The team with the most sharp shooters and tactical skill will win!! All games are fully marshalled by our instructors at all times.

Target Archery – With a bow & arrow, see how good your aim is at target shoots, complete against each other to see who has the best aim.

BUMPER FOOTBALL & BUNGEE RUN

Bumper Football, What would happen if you mixed the elements of standard five-a-side football with a dash of bumper cars and a pinch of American Football? You’d get Bubble Football, (Zorbing)  a brand new sport which has taken hold of mainland Europe – and now it’s available at Leisure Max, Wexford. Why not add in an hours bowling to your package?

MURDER MYSTERY

If you like Cluedo then this activity is perfect for you! Let your friends know how much you love having them in your life by killing them off… in a brilliant murder-mystery themed evening in which you and your gang become the characters in the story! Among you, one will be the victim, and another will be revealed as the murderer! But who? It’s a night where friends become enemies and EVERYONE’S a suspect! Canapés and wine is served on arrival to all participants, then each person gets into character and the mystery begins.

Choose from the following story lines  –

“Death by Chocolate” – Madeline Corman is hosting her daughter’s Hen night  at the very exclusive Lady Godiva’s Day spa.  This is a chocolate lovers dream come true.  Chastity Croman daughter and sole heir of the Majestic confectionery fortune is about to marry Miles Belvedere.  Miles is the sole heir to the Belvedere ship fortune.  This marriage will create a true dynasty….if it takes place.

“The Great Gatsby” –  At the height of prohibition in 1920s Chicago, there was a mob war brewing between the South Side Gangsters and the Northern Chicago Mob Outfit. The two ruthless crime leaders Hal Sapone and Beanie O’Dannon reached a mutual agreement on bootlegging practices in Chicago and decided to pull together resources and undergo a collaborative effort with criminal endeavours. However, one fated night at ‘The Grand Gatsby’ Speakeasy ended up being the straw that broke the camel’s back as the two crime factions gather together to discuss the future of underground casinos. And, to everyone’s horror…one of the guests at the speakeasy was murdered! To prevent a massive mêlée, the mobsters and their companions decided to work together one last time to try to figure out whodunit before the fatal flames between these two criminal organizations rekindled.

Murder Mystery at Enniscorthy Castle – your chance to get into a 1798 character and run around a real castle all on your own to find the murderer.  This activity starts at 6pm – 8pm on a Friday or Saturday evening and is something completely different.

RIVER KAYAKING IN ENNISCORTHY TOWN

River deep mountain high. Kayaking is a great way to spend an afternoon with the lads. Take it handy, because you may be worse for wear, paddle around and enjoy the scenery. Or…kick it up a gear and try a high-octane river. If the group is football mad why not have a game of paddle football? Enjoy a two hour trip down the River Slaney, all equipment provided, including wetsuits.  Great advantage about this is you are picked directly up outside hotel and walk over to the River Slaney to commence the activity.

Indulge your taste buds with this fantastic group activity! Keep reading to hear all about our whiskey tasting afternoon. Delish! Enjoy some gorgeous high-end Irish whiskey with all your friends. Each of these are carefully picked to compliment the other perfectly. Learn how the different flavours work together and how to properly taste, swallow and smell each to get the best experience. This Whiskey Tasting Experience offers a truly unique and memorable activity, where the group will journey through a unique selection of Irish whiskeys. You will have an expert on hand to teach you all about these delicious treats and make sure you have a fabulous time. What more could you ask for? This is the perfect way to get ready for the rest of the night with the guys and girls. Or if you prefer, this is a great stand-alone activity. There is no minimum number requirement to participate in this activity.
