Courtown Seal Rescue Centre

Courtown Seal Rescue Centre is a not-for-profit charity nestled away on the Wexford Coast. The team of volunteers that can be found here are dedicated to rescuing seals from all across Ireland and rehabilitating them back to full health before being released back into the wild.

Dealing with over 100 seal pups a year, the centre is open to members of the public to visit and see their rehabilitation work first hand. With no entry charge, the centre highly relies on people’s generosity and donations to keep rescuing and protecting seals. Volunteers at the centre provide guided tours of the facilities as well as family educational activities.
