Pole Dancing Experience

Once a taboo, pole dancing has now become the newest and most modern way to keep fit and get in to shape. Its alternative style allows inhibitions to be stripped and replaced by a newfound sense of fun and energy. It’s perfect for all abilities, so it doesn’t matter if you’ve never had a go before – you’ll be provided with an experienced instructor who will show you all the best techniques!

It’s fun, a bit naughty and a fabulous way for hens at all levels of fitness to gain strength, flexibility and endurance. A pole dancing hen experience gives you and the girls a chance to learn some basic pole dancing moves and practice your sexy new skills in a relaxed environment.

A professional instructor will show you some impressive spins and tricks and then enjoy the pole party. This activity will have everyone in the group laughing, particularly as the more daring hens have a go at some of the more complicated, and possibly compromising, poses. Minimal clothing is best as it allows your body to grip the pole – a vest or t-shirt and shorts should do it. 

This can be done as a standalone activity or as part of one of our all-inclusive packages.
