White Water Adventures

After this introductory session the real adventure begins. We now head of on our River trip. Along the way we will encounter beautiful calm stretches of scenic river valley, as well weirs, waterfalls and rapids. Plenty of challenges for the adventurous river explorer. You will be shooting weirs and rapids and having splash battles. We will have plenty of fun and games along the way and lots of white water excitement.
For an additional buzz we can also swim the rapids if you think your friends would be up for it. You meet with your instructor at 2pm and will get back at 6pm, what better way to wash the cobwebs of the night before off.

Pole Dancing Parties

Pole Dancing parties are a fun way for women who want to learn the basics of Pole dancing and try something new.

Parties will include pole work, stunning tricks and spins.

You will leave strutting your stuff like a true Polestar in no time.
